How do I/we create a gift list
Once you have registered your gift list, you can browse our online catalogue and add items to your list by clicking add to list. We have made it easy for you to change your mind – just go to manage my list and you can add or remove items. Our sample lists are also designed to help you with gift ideas
I/ we like a particular item but have seen it in a slightly different design
We are very familiar with the large collections of the designers we currently work with and can always source products from their wide collections
I/ we have something in mind but cannot find it on your site
Our dedicated concierge team will do their best to help you find exactly what you want. In addition to accessing the complete collections of our current artist/designers we can in some cases try and source items from a wider range of designers and artists
How long before the big day should I /we register the gift list
You can register your gift list at any time. We suggest that you allow 10-12 weeks before the event, but call us even if it is a couple of weeks before and we will try and accommodate you
How do we inform our guests of our list
We can provide you with gift list inserts – just let us know how many you would
like us to send you. Alternatively you can print your unique gift list code on your invitation
How do I/we know when a gift has been purchased?
You will receive an email informing you of every purchase from your gift list
When will the gifts be delivered?
We will liase with you and deliver at a convenient time
Do any of the absolutely matanot designers/artists accept individual commissions?
Yes many of our artists/designers accept individual commissions. They can range from party favours to substantial pieces
Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutey none – there is no cost to register a gift list with absolutely matanot and there are no delivery charges* for items on the gift list.

How can I/we purchase a gift from a gift list?
Gifts can be purchased online/by phone. You can add a personalized message and we will do the rest. We pack it beautifully and deliver it to the list holder. It couldn’t be easier!
